With this reservation you offer obligatorily the conclusion of a lease with us.

The lease is accomplished only with acceptance through us.   It needs no special form to consign the acceptance.  You will be informed by confirmation/ invoice.

Within one week after the receipt of our confirmation/ invoice please transfer the indicated rent about 20 % of the total rent. The payment of the balance has to be payed 6 weeks before your arrival without repeated request.

After you have payed the total rent you will receive your rent documents with the key of the apartment.

We have read and accept the terms of rental and payment.

You will receive unfortunately
no confirmation form,
due a confirmation form is not supported by the german T-Online-Server.
